Hi, I'm Kris – your ProBalance Trainer.

I help busy people build a stronger, leaner and more confident body with smart training, real food and clear structure – not random workouts or starvation diets.

I’ve spent years combining strength training, functional movement and practical nutrition – both in the gym and in the kitchen. I understand what it means to work long hours, feel exhausted and still want to look and perform better.
